David Barr, Chief Executive Officer

David began his career in 1984 and worked his way up. Mr. Barr earned his Bachelors in Business Administration from Frostburg State University. He has worked for several major property management firms as both a site property manager and regional manager. David holds several property management specific credentials including: Broker-in-Charge, Accredited Residential Manager, Certified Property Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist, Registered Apartment Manager, and National Assisted Housing Professional Executive. In 1996, David joined Westminster Company as a Regional Property Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 1997. In January of 2002, he resigned from Westminster Company and started McClain Barr & Associates.
