Steve McClain, Chief Executive Officer

Steve began his career in mult-family housing management in 1974 with the National Housing Partnership (NHP). He served in several capacities including Vice President of Asset Management and Senior Vice President of Property Management. He had financial responsibility for 386 properties totaling 59,000 units. In 1990, Steve joined Security Management Inc. as Regional Vice President of Operations. In 1993, he joined Westminster Company as Senior Vice President over Asset Management and Corporate Operations. In 1995, Steve was promoted to President of the Westminster Company. Steve resigned as President of Westminster Company in January 2002 and formed McClain Barr & Associates, LLC. He holds both a Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Science Degree majoring in mathematics from the University of Arkansas.
